Physical Health: A lot of people are not aware that Mental health is closely linked to physical health. Poor mental health can contribute to physical ailments such as heart disease, weakened immune system, and chronic pain, whilst good mental health can improve resilience and overall health.
Productivity: Mental health plays a crucial role in our productivity and performance. When we are mentally well, we can focus better, make better decisions, and adapt to lifes challenges effectively. On the other hand, untreated mental health issues can hinder our ability to concentrate and perform at our best.
