How do I remove wax residue from my warmer?
I use a cotton wool ball to soak up the wax residue when I am ready for a change of scent. Then now and then clean it with our multi purpose concentrate cleaner.
How long does a wax bar last?
I find some scents last in my warmer for 4 days before they need changing, other scents may need changing after one day.

These can last up to 30 days, but this is dependent on scent.

What do I do with washer whiffs?
These are originally designed to put 1-2 scoops in the drum of your washing machine. However, I use these in the potty overnight, cat litter tray, in the filter of my hoover, in the bin to deter smells or in some water and use as a room spray.
